That is a mid-1990's 5 series Touring, and to be honest, in 1995 that car looked good compared to others on the road at the time. Now, it is a different story.

rubicon this is the 5 series station wagon which is maintstream mid size executive family wagon most markets, done well too. I think this was their first 5 series wagon and looked good not sure why you did not like it!

Just spotted an Audi TT for sale in Toyota 2nd hand car dealership in Ecr.
Went there to check it out.
Mileage : 7000kms
Manufacturing date: 2007
Asking price: 47 lakhs
3.2L quattro
AP registration

Any takers? would love it if a team bhpian would take it cause then we could see it during our meets :-)

I'm guesing they are asking such a price cause its just done 7000kms and it looks good as new. I'm sure serious buyers could negotiate for a lower price.

I think 47 lakhs is ridiculous for a second hand TT, it might've only done 7000km's but it's still 2 years old. I'd expect the depreciation to be much more.

The saravana bhavan guys seemed to have a few good cars in their stable. I remember seeing a black toyota celica at anna nagar a decade back and was told that it belonged to saravana bhavan owners son(dont know how far that was true) and the senior seemed to come by merc. Any updates on these guys. some other big jwellers/cloth merchants such as nalli, rajathi etc also seemed to some nice cars in their stable, i was told.

saravana bhavan guy owns the red evo..the pics were posted in the earlier pages.and as far as nalli is concerned they have 2 beemers.the 3 and a 5.and e class.they few old ones too.
