With a 5.5 Litre engine ( Thats what it is i suppose ) you wont want to go into the performance settings especially on Indian roads. As soon as you floor the pedal to the metal, the next red light or stoppage or traffic comes up.

I dont understand the reason why even the AMG models have the 255 kmph limit.

I know in India, you cant go upto that speed unless you take to an airfield like ecksreturns too for his LP.


I understand the normal mercs have this for safety purposes(assuming).
But why on the AMG.

Hey V10 congrats on the sl it definatley is on hell of a sweet ride , though was wandering if the cars second hand and if so which year i can tell it's the second last generation but can't tell how old if I were to take a guess dosen't look more than a year

It's atleast an '05/06 or so imho. Can't possibly be newer. Likely to be older. Once again, nice car. Get the windows tinted and it'll give the red some justice.

Your probably right, took a good look at the lights once again, it probably isn't an 08 though it interests me to know the exact year
