Good catch Syed, this has to be one of your rarest snaps.

I'm pretty sure that belongs to Dr.Reddy's group. It was the second S500 in India (of that generation). Hard for me to believe with you guys snapping like crazy every day it has been caught only now.

this is the w126 shape 500se doesnt look like the sel,the wheels are of the latest car & dont suit the tank (car)

A Good Catch,and all this time it was was just near your college.

@D33-PAC. AFIK this is not from the Dr Reddy's Stable but from a car enthusiastic who shuttles between US and Hyderabad. This car is there in Hyderabad for more than two years and I happen to see this car for the first time on 17th Jan 2010. You can call it a Tank with its V8 engine and was up for sale that time along with a Merc 123 Station Wagon. Had someminor issues with the Hand Brake which was taken care by my mechanic .

Hafeez the one you are talking now is a 1978-1979 450 Sl and it goes from Banjarahills to Secunderabad Club and back daily belongs to Z. B,( the car registration number matches with the Series and is quite common at Secunderabad Club Rally) whereas the one which you and shyn spotted is a W 126 500 SEL DL registered. It has a V8 engine and on the lighter side Mileage sirf 5km deti hai!

Spotted this Toyota Mark II (X 90 series) at Road no. 36, Jubilee Hills.

The interesting thing about this car are the doors. They're frame-less and really cool when opened. Almost sports-car-ish. Despite being very long, it's quite low-slung, giving it a sports-car silhouette. This was to the '90s Camry, what the Passat CC is to the Passat.
