I think he means wishful thinking as of now. If and when Jag and LR decide to open showrooms here it would be at the Tata showroom on that road.

IMO Tata should keep those cars on display there even if it's not on sale, as a brand building activity.

AFAIK there will soon be an Infinity BMW showroom at the planetarium as well. So looks like all the really cool cars are settling down in this area!

slightly off topic.. but there was another new showroom coming up near the worli sea face. i think earlier it was Ichibaan Honda but now its something else.. any one know wihich showroom is that?

Good to know, Infinity really needed a better location. The current location at chembur is bad and the approach to the splendid showroom is even worse.
When I went for the delivery of my car, I had a hard time locating the place because they kept guiding me into the narrow lane and I kept thinking to myself, nah it can't be in this dump.

Finally Audi has some presence in Mumbai. I see this showroom each morning on the way to work and, unfailingly, the A4 3.2 FSI crosses my mind. The Benz workshop is right next door. You can be sure they are going to increase the size of the three-pointed star at the gate!

On another note, worli now seems to be the hot spot for cars. Starting with the one way lane post-Siddhivinayak.

Paid a small visit to the showroom in the day today. I must say it is very well made. The new A4 looks quite big in the flesh. Hope all of this works in Audi's favour to generate more business in the time to come. Workshop is in Chembur though.
