Silver 360 Modena and BMW E39 M5 caught street racing in Mumbai - Team-BHP

Yesterday afternoon a close friend and TB member saw a silver Ferrari 360 Modena and a dark blue E39 BMW M5 racing around Juhu area in Mumbai. They were cutting through the traffic left, right and center. He followed them all the way from Tulip Star Hotel across Amitabhs bunglow all the way to Amar Juice centre after which they disappeared into a near by lane. All he told me was that the 360 had a Punjab registration.

I'm wondering where the 360 came from.

What makes you say that? My friend works with a certain reputed German car manufacturer. I dont think he would not know what a 360 is now isnt it?

looks like 360s are bought in every possible colour..

1) yellow spider (spiderman)
2) red spider (poonavala)
3) red spider (chennai)
4)silver - hard top or the convertible ??

so, how many of them totally in india?? can anyone some it up?

there is a dark blue M-kitted 5 series in Juhu. I had seen it once. Recognised it as just a badged 5 since it had single sided pipes at the rear. I had also asked the guys standing there if it was an M. They said it was their friends car and it was probably a 7. Didnt wanna talk anything more after that. So just took 2 pics and left. Cant seem to find the pics.

A silver 360!!! Aint Mumbai really happening nowadays?
I believe these supercars will stop doing the round soon,as the monsoon is just around the corner.So the countdown begins....

I'd love to see a supercar in the wet. I've seen the 360 and 355 in the wet and they used to look awesome, with that spray of water and the color of the paint in a completely different wet look. Now to wait for a specific supercar in the wet....
