Thanks , will post pictures soon. The LP is not driven extensively due to ground clearance issues , which is one of the reason's I got the M3.

You always seemed to be keen on warrenties and official service. Are all the mods approved by the Dealer? Hope it doesnt effect your warrenty.

The ECU tune might void the warranty but the exhausts (since they are pre cats) won't. Plus quickdraw , I still am a warranty freak because even if the warranty is void with an ECU tune , at least I know that official bmw trained personnel will be fixing my car. That is the difference for me , between getting an M3 and getting any of the Nissan's/Ferrari's and Astons.

I agree with you Karan, but if you keep that mindset not all "official" mechanics are so compotent and if god forbid someday you face a issue. I am sure you will be more informed then them. I somehow feel that all of them are just out there to fleece people with any kind of exotic machinary. I am sure you should not keep that mindset and aquire many machines which you orignally would never be able to enjoy if you wait for them to be officially available. These modern machines done need much more then a oil change here and there if kept well. Many congrats again on your new vehicles. Please do post pictures of your Jet and Chopper as well. And please seriously consider importing a Desmosedici RR (its officially available) it would be the only one in the country if you do.

Karan, so you did settle for the Hamann exhaust. Remember, I'd said I'd be a friend for life if you got the Hamann cats, selflessly, albeit a deaf friend (given the sound of those pipes). I've had the dreadfully awesome experience of hearing a Hamann LP640 in the flesh, and I'm telling you, it gives God's own belches a run for their money.
