Karan are you going to get Phantom to chandigarh?
and any plans to get her a Chd/Pb registration number or sticking to Delhi one?

I guess it sure needs a change of registration number, not that it really matters (the 'spirit of ecstasy' and 'RR' badging on the hood/grille is enough). But when we have people bidding in lakhs for '000X' type of registration nos. for their accords and endeavours it is indeed quite surprising that the original owner of that Phantom did not bothered getting a 'VIP' registration for a car like that.

Regards.
