It'd be interesting to see if anyone actually buys it!! Maybe VM could get one and then use it as an excuse to organise for a track to be made in Bangalore catering exclusively for supercar ethusiasts who want some weekend track time/action!!!!

Where does one drive such a car in India ? The owner would have to build his own road at his property to drive this. I'm not sure how many of them would buy this in road humped Bangalore.

IIRC, the ToI article goes on to say that the company plans to sell "a few dozen" of these cars every year.

Will be fun to see this car crashing to the speed bumps in India, will test the sustainability of the carbon fibre vis-a-vis Indian Tar. These ET guys are quoting 6 Cr for this one, whereas it costs approx 0.7 million USD in US. In India even if it comes via some import route, it will cost 10Cr easily.

Start the car , shift to gear , release clutch..bang..crumple..back to the garage/for sale. This one will bite the dust as soon as it sets its rubber on indian roads. 6 crores down the potholes and craters.... It is so impractical with this kind of ground clearance, unless aero has other plans for meeting the challeges of indian roads.

What does A.S.S mean? And according to "but can anyone use it to its full potential here?" , you mean Porsche , lamborghini , ferrari and BMW M and Merc AMG range should'nt even exist in India as none of those cars potential can be truly realized.
