I was waiting for this news, i went past his home last day n found nothing but a Innova. And reason he forced Audi for the fast delivery, the actresses marriage happened today and he was there for wedding. Now i'll lookout for it and try to post pics asap. CHEERS !

Recently saw in tv Jyotika and daughter coming to a function in a white W221 S. Does it belong to Surya ?

Sorry for going OT, why was Surya's place raided ?

@Scorcher: You can read about it here. I Guess the Income tax guys got suspicious with his large donations. News is however that he is now completely free, and nothing suspicious was found.

Very least chance, as in Tamil industry Merc are very less. It's considered as unluck (superstition) in the industry. One of my friend who is assistant Director of a leading hit maker in Tamil is a great Merc fan & also have one here in Kerala. Even though he doesn't believe in that superstition, he never take it to Chennai due this belief and he said seeing Merc some producers even wont give a chance to make a film! So very rare chance, but I was once told by some one that Surya's father & then hero uses a W124 or W123. May be Surya gifted to Dad or so? Hes very attached to his Dad.

Actor/Politician Ganesh kumar ( Kerala) is another car fanatic.He recently took delivery of a BMW 5 series ( not sure which model exactly).

K.B.Ganesh Kumar had a Prev. Generation C classé earlier(with regn. 1). In white. Which color is the 5 ? I maybe able to trace it out. And i've seen his dad, the seasoned polititian K.Balakrishna pillai in a Mondeo at ford service when i went to get my endeavour(2nd gen) serviced. He also commented on how well kept my endy is compared to the car he came in

I think he uses a Base Scorpio(grey) for official commutings.

Malayalam playback singer M.G Sreekumar drives an E 270 CDI (white). He previously drove in a Toyota Sera (often called the 'driving school car' in familiar circles

).

Actor Nedumudi Venu is often seen being driven in a green Tata Sierra.

Mohanlal's brother in law and producer Suresh Balaji ( son of the revered Tamil Actor Balaji) has a huge collection of cars in Chennai.

They included SAAB , alfa romeo and even a caprice classic.
