Not sure if a legit Evo or a convert, and not sure of it is a Evo 7/8/9 if it is a real one.

Isn't the number plate slot of the EVO's usually flared sharply towards the bottom? Not very clear here, but the flare doesn't seem to be there.

Looking at the kink on the spoiler which is at the top, it seems like an Evo VII. Evo VII does not have flared number plate slot. But I may be wrong here, could be a modded Cedia too.

Did the number-plate read 7000? If so, then I think it's legit.

Nope. Not 7000. MH12 with a 3 digit number.
