Some of the cars I saw today. The Q7 belongs to a famous kannada actor. The 300SEL limo is Mallya's. And the ones I missed were 3 maroon S classes, a CLS and a silver 5 with the M front bumper. Sorry for the crappy pics, they were taken with my stupid phone camera.

That gold merc limo exists! It was bought for his first wedding. He used to use it and then it disappeared when he became an NRI for a while. He kept that for special occasions and used a w123 300D limo for normal use as well as a 500SEC, a BMW 735 and the Merak on its last legs for self driving

Good week so far for me.

On my way to work on Monday, I passed a goldish coloured Flying Spur. Then an Audi Q7 came in for alignment. IT came from the showroom itself. The guys brought some Seimens box to record all the alignment data got from our machine.

Today, first thing in the morning was a Lexus LS430. Came in for a puncture only though :( . Later on, I saw a VW Touareg. We get plenty of Touaregs for alignment. They come directly from the showroom is what I was told.

Anyway, after that an Opel Corsa. Not the Indian one, but a 2 door hatch.

Later a Toyota. An old one but had to be a direct import. Came in for wheel balancing. Some alloy wheels were pretty badly bent. The wheels were wobbling a lot. That toyota looked sweet though. Nothing flamboyant but very simple and elegant.

Default Limo

It had a gold coloured UB symbol on the bonnet, instead of the Merc one. The last i saw it was in Sundaram, 3 years ago. Got to check out the interiors cause of some ppl i knew there. But sadly, no pics. I think it was out for a warmup run today, seeing how it's almost never used.

I dont think so. He just likes collecting them. I guess they enjoy a beautiful retired life, once he's done enjoying them...!

500 SEC never seen again. BMW 735 (the first 7 series - was black then bacame silver then disappeared - a jag and a BMW 520 were given to executives until imports were deemed okay to buy officially). There was a w116 350 delhi reg which was sold off and became a poorly converted diesel

Limo looks nice except for the nasty black top (vinyl?). Is it a Pullman or an aftermarket chop job?

Looks aftermarket. The vinyl and the tiny rear wing seem oh-so-American.

Default Maserati

Namaskara Maserati.

The first Granturismo hit B'lore. White, red interiors.

Couldnt take pics, cause I wasnt there! Friend called me up and said "There's a masa... maserati something here, white colour unreg." He refused to take a pic for me, saying that everybody was looking at the car, so he didnt want to. Cant argue with such people. So, im waiting for pics from fellow bhpians.
