Spotted the same , the fuel cap was not shut fully.

Guys some news !!

A very reliable friend of mine just spotted a blue colored Rolls Royce Drophead Coupe near Dayanand Sagar Institute in Kumaraswamy Layout 15 minutes back. Not sure if it has been spotted before. No pics as the car was surrounded by several guards who didn't allow anybody to take pics. My friend claims that the car belongs to the chairman of DSI.
