Congrats on your booking. 32 is your wait list number, meaning that there are 31 other bikes to be delivered before you get yours.

Hope you have all the necessary gear in place. Ride safe. ATGATT !!!

P.S. Pleasantly surprised to note that already 32 bikes have been booked in Bangalore and in less than a month of the launch.

^^ i'm also very surprised!

my 250r was booked in july 2010 (almost a year since its launch) and my number was 51 (pbk hyderabad).

when i when to see the 650r in person yesterday, i have to say that i'm genuinely impressed! as far as the looks and even the exhaust note are nothing like the reviews suggested. IMO 650r looks gorgeous specially the finish and the colour is brilliant! (i personally liked the looks of it more than the 250r). i was also told by the dealer than only 4 bikes have been booked by the pbk hyderabad since its launch on june 8th! so maybe that number 32 refers to the nationwide booking? i don't know

Skeptical of those numbers belonging to only Bangy, but yeah would be more than happy if its true
HD so far have delivered 60+ bikes with many more to go. Need to check how much Ducati Bengaluru would be able to do.
Aditya,
Any possibilities to have figures like what GTO does for Car Segments? Probably limit it to Superbikes/CBU's only?

24 bikes delivered all over Karnataka through this dealer even before the launch. That was about a week ago. Not sure about the number now.

I'm a little curious 'bout th headlamps. Does it remain switched on always?
Couldn't find any on/off swith on the handlebar.
Safety measure?
What 'bout battery rain?

I'm not so well versed with 'modern day' motorcycles i'm sorry. The most modern one I've used is a 2004 Honda Unicorn. And how I love that machine even though I have to switch the light on manually!

Some super bikes come with that as standard wiring procedure. This is to conform with international standards that bikes need to have their lights on all the time. See bikes in the UK. They always have their lights on. But you can ask a good bike tuning to work on the wiring and give you a switch so you can switch it off/on as you like.

Sorry if this seems OT but I thought this might be the best place to ask this.

Does anyone know what other bikes one can expect from Kawasaki in the next 12 - 18 month horizon? I read somewhere that a Z750 can be expected together some litre class offerings. Any definitive information or even most likely options that are expected that anyone can shed light on?

Thanks

A little birdie on a biking forum is confident that a litre class will be unveiled. Most likely the naked Z1000. No idea about the Z750. The birdie seemed pretty confident and I think I can take his word for now because he had predicted the 650R launch last year and was bang on the timing.

It is indeed the waiting number, specific to your showroom. In Mumbai we have 2 probiking showrooms, the one I visited said my number would be 19 if I book from his place.

My friend booked at 650 R a few days ago. OTR bangalore came to around 5.75 i believe. He now has to wait for around 90 days. He got it from the ProBiking showrrom on 100Ft road, Indranagar. As of now, there is only the Green option available.

But when I checked the International websites, I did find a few other colour options like black and red or orange, IIRC

5.75 is almost 1lac more than other cities. I thought it is 5.31 in bangalore.

My mistake. Just confirmed with him again. It is 5.35. Checked with him (the friend) on the black as well, the dealer here said he has no word or info on them launching a black. He was also interested in black, but was given the negative sign. No idea why, as someone here says they got info of it coming in about 45 days
