Thats not a R1100 for sure. It looks more like the K series motorcycles that were produced in the late 80. Not able to pinpoint the model though.

Hey! Edmund is that an IRC 100/90 or 3.0*18 tyre that he is running as his front tyre? That is the same thread pattern that i use for my RXZ on the rear.

Almost looks like a cafe` racer with its back fairing. I have to agree "She's a beauty, what a bod" and hats off to your friend to have maintained it that neatly. Looks to be in pristine condition.

And those alloys man ain't no jc road aftermarket stuff. Those seem like genuine Marchesini alloys. All in all glad to know good bikes do grace our pothole riddled roads.

Keep chillin' bro its one amazing machine.

None other than a 1978 BMW R100Rs, a beautiful bike, any resemblance?

that paint job is brilliant.. i know the owner.. he's mixed pearl white, magenta, cyan, yellow, and a few more colours to obtain that shade..

its maintained by a Parsi, so now you know why its in beautiful condition..

cheers!

That's a 1979 r100/s.
Owned by a very close friend of mine.. It's now silver but has gone through a whole list of colours.. The BMW seen on dp road is mine which is a 1974 r90/6..
