I have also bought complete front forks with the T's of F3 (Amit's F3) and will be dropping the internals and the tubes into my F2 legs, which are a direct bolt on into the F2 legs.

In your vicinity, try Navi Mumbai Hardware located in Turbhe Janta market. They usually have everything you would needs in bolts / washers / etc. Other than that walk along the Turbhe naka road towards Turbhe MIDC and you will find atleast a couple of tiny stores who custom make bolts for automtive maintenance.

Back with some update. Got a very good deal over ebay UK website.
Bought the stuff on Auction sale and delivered to a friends place in Aberdeen.

Items bought for future use.

1)Complete set of cables ie Choke, throttle, clutch, accelerator, speedo
2)Ignition coil set with the leads
3)CDI/ECU
3)Left and right hand switch control along with the throttle tube (my throttle tube is cracked, had noticed while changing the grips)
the switches are with perfect wiring connections along with the throttle cables and choke cable.

Total cost of the above deal was appx Indian rupees 2750. of which shipping charges with Uk were 1200 . So the parts alone costed appx 1500.

That's a really sweet deal considering the exchange rate prevailing now and that shopping in UK is considerably more expensive than in USA.

These parts are not required actually, but the price was tempting and could not resist buying them. Over all no damage to the pocket . As itsgoing to be a very very long ownership relation, might be these will be needed not today , tomorrow but may b 10 yrs later.

I will be upgrading the fork tubes too as i get time. K&N needs to be installed. Dynojet is waiting on the shelves to get into the carbs.

Got my new Pro-Biker hand gloves. Very cheap deal and thanks to ebay again.
Total damage: rs 475 thru paypal. Don't know if it would attract any customs duty. Body armor posted above costed me appx Rs 1650.

The same gloves are sold locally and on the Indian online sites for 950 to 1500 and the body armor goes for about 2000 to 3000.

Again, some nice shopping you have done there. Glad to see that you have long-term plans for this bike.

Just did not understand the point about 'Wavy rear brake disc'. What do you mean by this?

Cheers!

Here you go with the pics for the parts. Wavy discs are not just round like the stock ones. My stock discs at the rear are completely gone and i can see small cracks too in some of the drills

F3 fork internals will be dropped into my F2 fork legs and will sell of the F3 legs. F3 forks are way better than F2 forks.

Great updates Yogi. Having the fireblade around for almost five years, I can totally relate to having these inexpensive spares handy. I myself use ebay for almost all of my bike related shopping.

Yaah man. Its better to keep such spares handy. You never know!!! And at the time of need we end up paying 10times higher for such spares. Just for example i got the spare CDI for appx 500 rupees and if do a search for buy it now and shipping to India,it show minimum 12 to 14 thousand rupees.
There are times when the ebay deals are tempting and specially no reserve auctions.
Shipping from US to India. Forget about the parcel if its coming by usps ordinary mail. I have recently lost a parcel which was shipped on 18 March and never reached me!!!!
