"Now that I couldn't afford a 48 when i went bike shopping and I also wanted a Bobber; my 2011 H-D SuperLow 883 had to be bobbed. The Superlow has a lot of aces up its sleeve even though its the cheapest of the breed; its comes with lots of chrome, some really good alloy wheels, grippy tyres and wide front fork all of which adds up to a comfy and fun cruiser. A good bike to base your custom creation on."

So this is really interesting stuff, and personalising and or creating ones own bike or car is something a lot of us here would love to do, at the least the ones who want to put in the effort/love creating stuff. But after reading your post I am curious is this bike street legal or RTO approved? I wish to do this kind of stuff but understand it is illegal for road use here in india. Please throw some light on this thx.

Technically the cylinders have been bored to increase the cubic capacity and may need an endorsement in the RC book to make it fully legal.

But I dont think there is a way to actually measure the cubic capacity of the engine in a routine inspection and declare it out of legal spec. I would in all possibility revert to the stock cylinders when i pass her on to a new owner.

Apart from the engine mod, all other changes would not infringe on the street legality is what i think.

The bike looks absolutely beautiful. Great job. Looks better than most stuff you'd see on OCC. Genuinely mean that. Would love a few more pictures.

My salutations dudeness, this is the coolest thread I have come across in recent times. I absolutely love the bike, this is one badass mean son-of-a-gun bike.
You must have spent a lot of time researching and the efforts paid off. The bike looks super cool man, hope you have a trouble free ownership experience.

I understand the thread owner rides a Triumph Daytona now and not a Harley

Hope am I wrong in my understanding?

P.S: My above comment is TRUE.

Closing this thread as thread owner has now sold the Harley.

Jose, please report this post if my understanding is incorrect. Cheers !!!
