They are launching 3 bikes to start with. One made in and designed specially for India which is apparently not going to be over 3L, the Fat Boy and the V-Rod (I think).

I am a bit confused. is this date of 27th August true for launching the harley's in India. Has anyone of you come across a dealer set up. Atleast somewhere in the metros mumbai, delhi should have the setup already if they plan to launch on 27th August.

Finally after the famed bikes for mangoes circus. Just in case they are able to enter the market with a decent model within 3L, people will queue up to buy them... Waiting anxiously

Though I agree that korean Comet was a sure crap... one close look and I was dissapointed... the weld joints, the general fit and finish, plastics and even the metal used.

One more thing just to add what you said, I do own a Harley and they have patented their sound...that is why it's all true whatever u said above

Whatever they launch in the market and however they price it, it is still going to create an air of excitement.
I am anxiously waiting for the announcement and would love to ride one of the Vrods if it is launched here. cross my fingers.
