I'm referring to the color scheme. Only 2 such bikes are around as of now, I'm told.

Manish is right. this is the 2015 race replica colours..just two bikes were brought into the country as of now. One with a friend in Bombay and this in Bangalore.

At the Moment she is rarer than the HP4 4 or 5 units sold..Panigale beats it by 1 unit.

Yes that's what I thought, he must be referring to the color and not the bike. Thanks for pointing that out.

Last news about the Panigale was that it has crashed. Is it repaired now?

And how much premium does this Gixxer demand over the regular ones? How much does it cost OTR Mumbai?

I was told the Panigale was not a major accident, its all fixed.

This costs 18.85 on road and the normal is 18.35 on road.

is this Panigale your talking about the one that crashed on the circuit in BIC. Then its estimated repair cost was about 14lac as the full fairing is Carbon fiber. AFAIK it was redone using the standard plastic fairings. But dont take my word for it. am going by the grapewine.

Right side faring, front nose cowl, headlight, right end bars, engine case, footpegs, exhausts. were in the estimation to the insurer from what i recollect.

Was the bike repaired under insurance? Wasnt it crashed at a track day? As per my knowledge taking a bike on the track comes in racing or motorsports which is not covered by the insurance. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Yeah thats the wonderful K1600GTL. I guess this is the TN registered bike which comes down from Chennai to Blr for service. I dont think Blr still has a GTL yet but Blr is home to a lot of new GS/GSA. Manish hope you can catch some of the new GSAs 'together'
