Was a great ride, wish it could have been amby too.
Enjoyed the silence of the V - Quadraplets (2 Ninjas)

The best part was the top speed run, the best ever, never knew we could go there.
Hope the P220 has new respect in your hearts.
Also at what speeds were you guys when I was a spec in your mirror?

Wow -that was a super quick upload. Great riding with you guys. Have to say its hard to run-in a C.500 when one is trying to keep up with Ninjas / R15 / P220 - all in all good fun though.

yep, was a great ride for sure. Got a glimpse of the Duc 848 EVO as well. The fog at panvel was blinding. Great corners coupled with great weather made for an awesome ride. Abhay, ur 220 is friggin quick dude, but the respect was already there . lets do one again soon.

This time, AMBY, no shortcut, Shadi ho ki barbadi.

Also I never respected it much, but after the mods I do, damn will HAVE to get a 36T rear sprocket by then, then 160? Sure

The fog was crazy indeed .. And to make matters worse for me, I got stuck behind a Truck on JNPT road, and a Civic who didnt let me pass ! By the time I passed him, I'd lost sight of the rest of the guys ... Not having anyone's number didnt help either .. So I stopped at the exit of JNPT road, and had a couple of smokes, to find out Archie and Arvind were on their way to Amby .. ( Both without right foot peg ) Had quite a few cuttings, and rode back home .. Guess I'll be completing my ride next sunday ... ! :P @ Abhay : Quick IS the word for your 220 ! That was quite some stuff @ JNPT, when you zoomed past me ! I was ~ 120 kph then ...

As I said, my bike's top end is limited because of the sprocket.
The bike reaches 153-155 and is at 10.5k rpm, cant budge, revlimit.
Got two options, a 36 or lesser sprocket in the rear or remove the revlimiter
Or maybe, both

umm.. 153-155 km/h looks a little far fetched. True speed i think you will be around 140 odd km/h

I dont know about true speeds, cant even calculate, but do know that I have a tyre which makes my speedo under-read.
Also if you guys were at 160 kmph on speedo, I was still not too far behind, so I must be at 150+ on your speedo.
Arre lets leave all that, now tell me, when are we going to amby?

Too much hooplah and no riding in a long time. The Fireblade needs to stretch its legs, its about time. So do a couple of Suzukis, white ones to be precise and a Red/White Yamaha!

16.01.2010 ride out for breakfast to Manas Resort, Igatpuri.
There is a bunch of us on the confirmed list.

Meeting points
5.30 a.m. BKC Signal
5.45 a.m. Sion hump
6.15 a.m. Thane Toll plaza

The plan is to reach Manas Resort by 7.45 a.m.

This is going to be a first on this route for most of us, I highly suggest taking is easy and keeping away from commerical traffic which you will encounter in plenty on this route.
Gear up boys!!
