The pump cost me 140.00 USD and another 20.00 USD for shipping to Ohio I think. Guzzler (Kishore) fortunately had someone coming down in the following week, orelse shipping cost to India was 65 USD.
The odometer reads some 22,5xx kms as of right now.

Pinned a fresh set of wheel stripes over the weekend. Unlike last time, this time I dropped by the neighbourhood number plate munna who did a clean job out of them.
Notice the 'cbr 954 rr' logo!

Not till I see myself riding around a little more yaar. I have been off late spending more time around the bike, than on the bike.

Isn't the pump issue sorted as yet?

Hope you are back on road soon and ride your heart out.

Yeah Sheel, it is sorted and done with just in time to begin the riding season. Now all I need to do wake up on Sunday mornings.
I intend to take it for a handful of weekend rides and then put it through the yearly service for a detailed wash, oil change, coolant change, etc, and if required fresh tires too.
We checked the oil, coolant, brake oil at the last visit whilst changing the wate pump and everything was perfect. I was iffy on the oil before checking it since I had it changed about a year ago, but it was ok, maybe because I have barely covered 2,000 kms since the last oil change.

Default Recent Upgrade

Swapped the Yoshimura TRS Half Systsem for an Arata full front to back Titanium exhaust system that I scored a superb deal on. I also got lucky to have Dan Kyle email me a map that he had created for a similar setup in the US.
Can't wait to stretch the Fireblade's legs now

Talking And some more!

Just last week I thought I would stick to Buffet's ideology 'If you spend on things you do not need, you will very soon start selling the things you need'.
I needed these. Do you guys like the upgrade or love it?

To clarify, these are called Michelin Pilot Power 2 CT.
These are dual compound tires. There is a myth that these are the best because they are hard compund in the centre and soft on the sides.
What they do seem like is that these retain the typically soft compund characteristics in the center and have an even softer than regular soft compund base on the sides.
