Gosh, my Scorpio seems to be the 'stockest' one around!

I've done NO cosmetic makeovers, NO nothings!!

That couldn't possibly mean I don't love it (or should that be 'her'?) ... could it??

But I'm very happy with the places that it takes me to!

Old, old ... (as in CENTURIES) old Krishna Temple at Naggar, Himachal Pradesh.
And having gone there just recently, mid-monsoon period, believe me it was a thrill driving up that horrendous narrow dirt-road full of tight steep steep hairpins, many requiring a reverse manoeuvre, and slush to boot! (Done in 4WD, Low Ratio gear 2).

Here are some pics:

raj_5004 : anyways, even the guard i am fitting is made to order.
Looks like I have missed this part, but can you spell it out a bit ? (I'm planning a two-piece rear nudge-guard / bar. Each piece on either side of the rear step of the Sumo. Basically trying to keep bikes away from my rear bumbper.

Considering the number of Sumo's around, one would have expected some decent accessories to be around. But forget choice, I'm not able to find even a single rear crash-guard / nudge-guard for the Sumo.

done at a place called Practical Auto in Colaba, but any paint shop, even a decent road side one can do the job. & the radium patti stuff can be done by any number plate maker. Total cost for me 1500/- (can be done a bit cheaper though)

Not needed considering the 4WD !!! Big for that.

Kinda difficult to refer to a scorp as 'her'. Scorps more a 'he' (on steroids!!!)

I 'found' the scorpio side badge. The previous owner had stuck it on the back door (reason unknown!) !!! Any how, removed it and replaced it at the right place.

Thanks, gentlemen! Wish some of you would post some pics of Scorpios in beautiful places far far away from home!

I suspect that mansidea, NIP, Rohan and H.V. Kumar would have plenty of such photos!

even my scorpio is stock for now sir, except for the woofers, atleast till 18th! after that thew add-ons would be the guard and the black pillars.
but yours is a 4WD, and that symbol over the rear of your scorpio itself gives us a high!
BTW, beautiful pics sir, as is expected from you...

cant help but agree that it evokes much more than mere passion! it demands respect and love too!

ok, i am not trying to get it painted, instead i'll get a vinyl sticked on the pillars. easier job, you know! thanks for the info mate.

for me, my scorp is not a bull, no beast, no king but definetely a SHE! because i am in love with her! she never lets me down, you know!

Fully agree with you on that, Raj!
I find it a bit contradictory when people call something that they love by names like BULL or BEAST!!

Has to be a woman!

Oh, BTW, forgot to post a nice pic.
That's what the wheels looked like after the little jaunt to the old Krishna Temple at Naggar:

You're very kind, Gowda79, but thanks, I'm not really planning to christen my car!
I was merely expressing an opinion on the gender, in generic terms.

Gowda79, I take exception to this! Please!
How can you possibly think of such things - "interference"??

You are most welcome to contribute and please keep on doing so.
This thread is certainly open for every member of the T-BHP community.
One does not need to own a Scorpio for eligibility to contribute!!
