@ Jango: Not necessarily if the radiator develops a leak.

The reservoir is there to as its name suggests - To act as a storage for the extra coolant required by the cooling system.

@ Akeel:
But before adding coolant to your reservoir, please ensure you have the CORRECT radiator cap with the correct pressure marking.

Else, the whole exercise would be pointless!

happy Jeeping!

Akeel there is a workshop opp to forum mall, close to kairali restaurant in madiwals. I have never got my jeep repaired from that place but i do see lots of mahindra jeeps lined up for repairs...Its a workshop exclusively for the ambi and the mahindras...you can give it a try there...

That is an amazing MM540 you bought, and looking at its condition, it was a steal at 1lac. Very well maintained by the previous owner. I bet you are going to keep it the same.
Congratulations!!!
Do post some engine bay and if possible underbody pics as well.

@yamaniac,

Thank you bro....

Few things which i would like to ask as new to this jeep....

After a few distance guess about 20 + kms in bangalore city could feel the heat inside the cabin is this common??
The temp gauge shows up below 80...
and also the AC cooling will just go off with the engine heat in the cabin???

Need your inputs on this ??
