OT, Samurai were you getting this screen when you tried to show the video on the projector?
I hadn't tried the HDMI cable myself till now. Just came back and tried it.

Yeah, I got that around 1:30PM when it worked for some time. But this never happened during our theory class.

For the 4WD theory class, I was trying to project the iPad2 content on projector using HDMI cable, but it was very iffy. It worked at first, shakily, and then just failed to work.

Good food, great people, great automotive Gyan and a readymade track for offroading demo as well! Sunday afternoons couldn't get any better than this.
Thank you Samurai for this meet. It was great meeting you and Sachin.I had already known slicvic, docanurag & carfreak. The passion of you both is certainly pulling me into offroading section.
I got one video of Sachin powering his
way through. Here is the link.

Wow, that's a really nice small meet you folks had there. Looks like rains are setting in the western ghats and the offroading season is almost there

Nothing, just a very slippery climb. The Jeep turned while sliding and found a tree right behind. I couldn't backup and retry because of the tree. So we had to add weight on both the slippery wheels, and finally the Jeep powered out of it.

I am already back in Bangalore, staring at the concrete jungle.

Our meet was very unique in a sense. It was an educational meet unlike normal Team-BHP meet. I basically got the idea from the annual Jeep Thrills Anniversary, which always has a theory and practical session on various offroading topics.

Check out the first photo in this thread: https://www.team-bhp.com/forum/4x4-e...ffroading.html

It is the same place where my Jeep got stuck. Then there was hardly any vegetation.

I usually disconnect it after every OTR and store it away. It is cooling off in the office data center.

Samurai sir: Nice small session. Just one advice: The engine sounds noisy so are you planning on doing anything on the same?

The engine was fully overhauled in Oct 2010. What more?
