Sunny does not have any stay arrangements. If we go for overnight option then dont worry, we will arrange stay for everyone.

Sir.. how about Big Wheels? I suppose buffet can be arranged (Atleast it was possible when i had enquired for a gathering). The whole place can be booked if the turnout is good.

Gautam, Last to last years mumbai-pune meet was done at Big Wheels. I will speak to Ashutosh to work out some deal. However, in general people are always game for Sunny more than anything else.

With the general opinion leaning towards dinner only, what are the options for an overnight stay? If I can know this in advance, it will help me firm up my plans and move from tentative to confirmed.

We will have to work that out. If we fix up at Big Wheels, they have rooms, and Sunny does not.

And I thought the venue had been fixed already.

My impression is Sunny da is ok with most, so the only reason to switch to Big Wheels would be accomodation. Let's not introduce a choice of venues, as then it will be a whole lot of confusion like the Igatpuri meet.

Perhaps those who want to get accomodation should get in touch with ThrottleKing separately. Big Wheels could then be used only for accomodation.
