Mumbai-Pune Mega Meet on 16th June 2012 @ Sunny da Dhaba

Where?--------Sunny-da-dhaba
[ tried n times and yet we are not able to find another better place than sunny for the meet].

When?------usually any Saturday from 15th June to 15th July 2012.
Reason---our tradition to stick any Saturday.

Time------ usually 7pm onward till midnight.

Menu-------- a-la-carte.
Last time, we tried this system and it worked.
What say ''throttleking'' the event management guru for any megameet?
If Throttleking find any better deal with Sunny, we will go with that deal.
[ Throttleking will be in-charge to deal with Sunny and finalize the things.]

Guys, post your suggestion about the date.
Probable dates: 16/23/30 June, 7/14 July.
We will add the poll and will go with majority.
By 5th June, we will decide the meet date.

What a timing Ashish. I was about to propose the meet this morning on forum and I see your thread. (oops! I just realized that I cant thank in meet section, looks like a change)

However, this time, I would like to propose an overnight meet. Something like, on Saturday morning we reach a resort around lunch time and checkin (Mahabi / Lonavala / Some place). And then the fun begins. We go back home on a Sunday morning.

What say?

I'm in for an overnight or a day meet. June suits me perfectly well. May not be available in July.

Sounds like a plan

We can always go ahead with the overnight plan and leave the dinner/overnight option for each one to decide individually. That way it will be flexible enough and more people will come for sure.
