For those of us driving petrol vehicles, we will need a fueling stop en route, ideally around 400km mark.

Is there a petrol pump next to the McDonald's where we plan to have a refreshment break anyways? Since that stop is at 400km mark, it will be an ideal fueling stop as well.

After the Mcdonalds, if you continue straight deviating from NH47 , for about 500 meters towards Palakkad (NH47 continues towards left, you have to go under the bridge and continue straight), you have an Indian Oil pump on the left, I always filled fuel from there.

Also, note that the service lane for Mcdonalds starts almost a KM earlier, i believe the service lane is one way traffic, if you miss it you may not be able to cut into the service lane later and travel in opposite direction. I noticed this 3 weeks back while passing by that route, however I have not visited that Mcdonalds, so someone who has been would know better.
