MODS: how to attach a poll to this thread???
if any of the mods can attach a poll, here are the options:
1. 13th (sat)
2. 14th (sun)
3. 20th (sat)
4. 21st (sun)

Can we start a new thread with the same topic and merge it to the present one if adding poll to this thread is not possible ? At present I am fine with any of these dates as I have no specific travel plans (BTW there is a remote possibility that I travel during Sankranti weekend).

@ sree, kk: - right . I have not put a specfic date for tbhp meet ... its just a link to this thread to watch for the Hyd tbhp meet.

Regarding the dates issue,,, see guys, its not important to keep a date which EVERYONE can attend, in this process the time keeps getting postponed and we have very few meets... so i suggest, lets see if a decent no. of ppl are able to make it, and go bang!

Suggest only 2 dates in the poll, and if someone cant attend this meet, well, we will have a meet again next month! and the month after! so ppl will catch up either here or there... i have seen this thing work wonders, in daily life...

getting all us couple friends together for a dinner date, takes around 2 months! and even then someone gets missing! so now we keep having group dinners every fortnight, some miss it, so they cope up in the next dinner!

i am fine with both, the 13th and 20th.
Sundays is family time for me, difficult to come out , gotta go around visiting families! Or, take my highness out for some quality time jus both of us!

Thanks nosfreak for the info. Unfortunatley 13th and 14th are tied up for me. I am available 20th/21st. You tell the place, I will be there.

I agree with insane devil.
Lets have a informal voting, as i am not able to figure it out on how put up with the poll on this thread.

Me or nos-freak shall count the votes. The voting is open till 10th january.

All the people who are "AYE" or "NO" . cast your vote.

There is no change in the venue and time. The venue is shamirpet (exact point of rendevous will be notified later). Time is 11:00 AM.
Agenda will be :
1. Introductions and HIs and hellos.
2. Lunch.
3. Wheelspin and Whats inside.

KKR I dont think you have to go through the labor of counting votes. How about starting another thread with voting and merging this thread with the new one. Has any one sent PM to mods or should I request for help ?

@KK : i also agree with insane , generally sunday are meant for families and the ladies.... where time would be important. saturdays are just fine for members here. If Hyd Members agree with me.

KKR I think we can see who has voted for which option. I remember seeing this in top speeds thread.

I have just checked it, it is possible. In Top speeds thread the numbers against each of the choices are hyperlinked to a page where it shows who voted for what.
