Hyderabad Meet 2007 - Team-BHP

This is january and a meet is due to be held.
Dont curse me, i happen to be the one this time as well of being the initiator. ........ (the co-ordinator'ji') ..

I propose 13th january. As we learnt from our earlier experience, we can start the meet around 11:00 AM.

Some one was talking about medchal road (nosfreak was that you or was it mobike), but are there any good places for the lunch. There are dabhas i suppose but not sure about them. This time atleast i will try to get my indica.

I am fine with it, also I like the distance I have to travel it enables me to rev my car a little bit. Great initiative KKR.. Will Manveet (the delhi Bhpian) be around that time ?

nope, manveet's hyderabad trip has been put off.
hey but still we can increase the numbers this time.

yeah, finally your car gets some fresh air and the cylinders will get to know their hotter side.

Can somebody take the charge of sending PMs to all other bhpians in and around hyderabad. I am going to baglore on 6th will be back on 8th. Believe me PM will definitely increase the numbers, as it was evident from last hyderabad meet.
You can find all of them from the members' list and do advanced search there. I see atleast 100 people active atleast till december.

shamirpet road. ive already shown tarque( srry if ive mispelt ur name

) the daba place and road. its a open air dhaba can fit 15 to 20 cars or more..... good food, and a good place. in case time still permits can still go further up the shamirpet rd. the is done up recently once again so bttr roads now.
I can be the guide to that place.....

@kk : -any bright ideas on how to catch all the hyd mem via pm all at once... pm me...

alright i have done my home work pm'in 42 ppl in tbhp hyd.

now its time for the frustration to go away......

@ i have kept a database of all the tbhp id's in Hyd. Totally ive found 42 guys in hyd. so i think u can keep me in charge of pmin in future for all hyd meets .

btw : 13 Jan @ bout 12:00 pm fine to ride....

i will update whether i will be able to attend. since 15th is a holiday, might be on a trip (to somwhere!!).

There is probably one thing we missed, 13th Jan is a part of a long weekend . Will it be the right time to schedule for a meet (or) will it be more practical if we reschedule it for 20th Jan 07.

Can any one create a poll in this thread (or) start a new one with poll so we know which weekend will be convenient to a majority of people. I'll explore if I can start one, but I do not think I'll have the privileges to do so.

Guys,

I am in for the meet. Btw, I work on saturdays too

...so please plan accordingly as i see Jan 13 is a saturday..i am game if its in evening or sunday or even Jan 15 ( its a holiday for us then)

If nothing of above works, then Jan 20th evening onwards or Jan 21st morning onwards is fine with me

In the wake of new demands for 20th for hyd meet, i think there is a need to propose 20th or 21st as the date for hyd meet. Can anyone propose this new date. (I cant, as nosfreak is going to beat the $hit out of me this time, poor chap did lot of work informing all about 13th)
