I suggest we make it the 8-11th of June then .. Because engineering practical exams are starting off from the 12th and I dont think most of the guys would want to miss out on them .. I also see a lot of youngsters joining in for this meet .. Like binz , pawan , c3po , myself , motopsycho , anup , memo and maybe a couple of my classmates .. The sooner we freeze on the dates the more well prepared we could get wrt financial issues and preparing for the exams well in hand .. Steer , khaadu , tadu , zakko , farhan and the rest of you who are really keen on coming kindly confirm if its ok with you guys ..

Don't you guys need any study time before practicals? Is it wise to keep the meet just before the exams? There is no buffer at all.

I vote ported for Mumbai. He seems to be the only one around this thread recently. And please keep me out of the organrising, I'm not too sure about attendance in the first place (see top).

Its practicals .. You have to know a few circuit diagrams and thats about it .. Doesn't require a hell lot of preparation .. Maximum about 2 days , also the dates for all the batches haven't yet been declared (starting from the 13th - 30th) .. So for all you know I could have my externals at the end of the month ..

I guess your internals are much before ours .. They should be getting over even before the meet begins .. Will check on the dates and let you know ..

Bollocks, with the date you guys are closing in on, I have absolutely zilch chance of making it. I am not going to do any organising.

Dont worry , if my exams are after the 18th I shall stay back and give you company .. And we might have plenty of guys staying back as well if the situation warrants .. Lets see how it works out ..
Could we also have an option for multiple choices ??
