IMHO the venue should be somewhere in Delhi coz then it`ll be easier for everybody (Delhi/Noida/Gurgaon) to commute and you`ll get more confirmations.
Any watering hole in south delhi would do i guess.....what say ?

Yes.. the place should be Drink and eat only... If south delhi suffices everyone i can ask a friend to arrange for a unlimited food/drinks thing in a restro-bar at a nominal cost of around 700-800 per head... i am not sure but have to inquire with the friend about the same.

Ashish, South Delhi is good for us & a restro-bar would be best, that leaves everyone free to enjoy. Speaking on behalf of myself & a few others, I think 700 inclusive of taxes for unlimited IMFL & food sounds reasonable, how soon can you confirm the amount?
