Hey Guys,

After a mini meet, I would like to announce the MEGA MEET well in advance so that people can plan their days out in advance and have their brake fluids and tyre pressures checked, so that they don't miss it.

Date of Meet: 15th March 2008 (Finalised)
Time: to be informed shortly
Place of meet: to be informed shortly
Agenda: A meet in honor of shuvd (T-Bhpian from kolkata)
Total Party & Masti.
POC: Suman.

KD, I appreciate your enthusiasm which is good to see; however, I don't remember volunteering to be the POC

To begin with, for a Mega meet, we need a poll to decide if its even going to happen. We will have a meet in honor of Shuvd definitely, however, I'm not sure at this point if its going to be Mega or Mini.

So, hold your horses mate & to begin with, lets put up a simple poll to see how many members are available.

We can then go the whole hog. Lol

However, for converting this meet to a mega one, we need to get the other delhi members informed. Which can be done through either PM or SMS on member's no.s we have with us.

Oh yes.. count me in too !!

It would be easier to get a clearer picture of attendees if we could have a tentative venue.

Do we have any options yet?

Then I guess we can all get cracking at sending the PM's and the SMS.

Since am almost a newbie to the Delhi group, I don't think I can be of much help with the sms thing, but i can definitely start by sending out the PM's.

Mods, Wanted to ask 'Mass PM's' to all the member in the NCR region is possible or not? If so can you please help us out with it.

You can send 25 PMs at a time; I think that should be enough, you can cover 100 NCR members in 4 PMs.

I think you should chill till evening - see how many clear confirmations you get for the 15th on the Poll & then move further.

For those of you who need the venue, its difficult to say at this point in time; it will, in all probability be either of two points of the NCR - Freedabad or Goodgaon

Hmm boss,

I think thats a privilege given to senior BHPians, I can send a PM to a max of 3 People at a time. That's y I was asking for the Mods help.

25-30 people is more than enough, We can call it a 'Mega-Mini meet'

Am already charged up for the meet. Am soo waiting for 15th to come.
