My Pana FZ50 felt bit inferior when he saw a Nikon with some real long cylinders attached in front of it. Excellent pictures steer, pls continue.

It was indeed a great, unexpected, nostalgic drive. I actually went for a dinner in casino & when my wife called me at 3 AM, i was having tea from an ICE shop in muvattupuzha. This reminds me the college days where my mother used to call like this.

With no evidence of a concrete plans for today's meet and with the necessity of being in my shop at closing time,

I had a mini meet with Samurai at the Bay Pride Mall at about 4PM. Spent about 15 minutes with him and am back at Alleppey.

Samurai, thanks for sharing your time with me. It was nice to meet you and put one more face and name to an ID.

Great Pics guys! The pre-meet-meet at The Casino and the Karting Meet (and after) were both fun. We should meet more often!

Thanks to everybody for waiting for me at the Karting track I got uh, stuck at office just as I was leaving, so couldn't meet you yesterday, Quicksilver.

I so wish I could have come for the Ramakkalmedu drive too, but well,... :(

After a long chat with Duboy about our favourite cars (and other hobbies and favourites) yesterday, I came away feeling very inadequate. This 9-year-old is one walking, talking Encyclopedia on cars.

The Kochi TBHP meets are getting bigger and bigger. Just 4-6 months back a typical meet would be 4-5 of us, max. Yesterday, I think we had 14 people altogether?

I'm afraid I'm going to have to drop out of today's meet. Sorry folks! Sorry, Samurai-san! Financial-year-end blues. Still stuck in office without any light at the end of the tunnel :(

Thanks for showing my bedroom out!
If we set up the tent outside that canal, it will be torn in a day.

That small canal is made around all the project sites. This prevents irritating wild boars/pigs (they don't harm, just cause nuisance and are very afraid of humans, atleast in this part of the world) in the night due to the feeling of human presence. If the canal is not possible, then we tie a nylon threaded fence around. Just a temporary solution. Because, the nylon thread fences don't last due to rats which likes the taste of these for some how.
