Jay, vidyut: I am sure all those who are eager to make it to the meet can send 1 sms and confirm their participation and post here as well. The only reason for this is I will have all their numbers in hand that way. In case anyone does not turn up I can contact them and find out their status.

Only reason for this is I will have to confirm the number of heads to the caterers at the hotel. And in case someone confirms (on the forum) and doesnt turn up the rest will have to cover up the costs. Its just easier to keep a head count that way. Nothing else.

I shall keep updating the confirmed list here everyday. The total list till now goes as follows:

1. Sbelekar + 1.
2. Tadu.
3. Brraj.
4. Satya.
5. Amitoj.
6. Jay.
7. binz + 1.
8. pawan.
9. akroy + 1.
10. khan_sultan + 1.
11. torqueguru + 1.
12. akbaree.

Rahul, how about also adding to the list what car/bike they are coming in/on? It will give people some idea about what to expect. Also, if anyone needs a ride, it can be arranged in advance.

@ Rahul: I have sent the confirmation through SMS. I will be accompained by my family and Tiger's (another Bhipan) family. The total no. of adults will be 4 and kids will be 2 (5 yrs) + 1 baby (1 1/2 yrs)

Sorry headers, I cannot confirm for this Saturday. If the plan, venue, timings (both Bangalore / Chennai) are posted, and if I'm lucky to be free at that time, I might join you directly at the venue.
