Chandigarh Meet on 7th May - Team-BHP

I am coming to Chandigarh tomorrow (7th Mayl) for some personal work will be there for one day only as I will leaving next day morning. So anyone interested we can meet up.

Note :- I am coming on my SWIFT.

Can you or somebody confirm, whether it is true that roof lights are banned in Chandigarh and if installed they need to be covered up and secondly, do the HLs need to be half-blackened there?

1. Roof lights are allowed only if you are allowed legally to do so. Even if legally allowed you need to cover them unless on official work
2. You need to drive on low beam, high beam means Challan, whether single road dual road or no road(rare in chd). No need to blacken
3. You need to follow speed limit(65kmph on major roads and 55kmph on smaller roads and 45kmph on very small roads)

Meanwhile it looks like nobody is coming for May 7 meet
