UP bhaiya was adorned in his Sarkar raj attire for the 2nd day of the DRIVE (seems like he was out to prove something). With the company of ASHVIN, he really gave the impression of a proper junior Politician. Some where even confused if Rahul Gandhi has a brother or not.

When our convoy used to stop for breaks in between, the Safari will come flying after all the vehicles and ASHVIN will first jump out of the vehicle which is bang in the middle of the road. He walks back and opens the rear door and out comes Saurav Ganguly with hands joined and uttering Namaste to all. Locals used to freeze wherever they are and it normally took more than a minute for them to understand the facts. Because, after this publicity stunt, Saurav Ganguly used to go around smelling all the tires of vehicles.
Huh! What kind of a fetish?

Ha Ha.. Was it a dignified kind of sniffing, with his hands held behind his back and head held high? Or was it the stick-your-head-in-the-wheel-arch kind of sniffing?

A glimpse of what our youngest TBHPians were doing during the DRIVE

Yes papa, we are checking the luggage.

The Elantras seem to group together in every snap like long lost brothers, never to go apart ever again.

zak ,
There were some moments of 'intimacy' between two loving BHPians captured .
Are they going to appear anytime here in any of the posts..?

Lightbulb Let it come!

It was middle of the night! Yes, about 12:30am. I warn about cops on duty. As I'm a bit familiar with Kuttikkanam, I try and make our BHPian friends understand the usual haftas, maftas and hooplas our beloved cops hoggle around there.

It is exactly 2.5 hours after that I get that call from Steer. We try and get most of us into their rooms. And close up the resort main door. We look at the booze outside on the table which is mostly empty bottles and lots of australians, we tend to ignore it as it is and leave it there and go inside. But that is exactly when Mr. RamaKrishna Poduvaal wakes up from his ECU trouble. He is very hungry and may even eat his own arms if not given something to eat. We decide to be cooks ourselves and reheat all the leftover dinner and prepare for some dinner. Some of us decides to give him company and we keep chatting and chatting till the TATA Sumo with a bling bling light on top arrives. Rest is history and has been explained earlier too.

Let's move on to next morning!

The mist and fog kept playing hide and seek. But beautiful and chill it was!

Lightbulb Then there are some more!

As soon as everybody was ready, cars and people lined up for photoshoots. Ezee123 did the favours. We all tried to be as still as possible and look joyous at the same time. LoL!

We left the resort after settling the bills etc.. and slowly drove out!
Bangy Elantras decided to march back to their homes and the rest decided to go ahead to Vagamon. I was on pilot duty again and I enjoyed doing it. The roads here are almost like my driveway and I just keep coming here for my business matters. So, I could do this job very easily.
Everybody enjoyed the very scenic route from Kuttikkanam to Vagamon which has lots of curves, bends and flanked by tea gardens on both sides. There are lots of Cardamom plantations too. The road is quiet narrow but has enough banks on each side to go for that unexpected off roading while giving way to opposite vehicles.

That reminded me of my neighbor's cousin who was at that time about 5 years old and my neighbor was about 15. My neighbor was stout at that time and the cousin of his said "Iske Pait Mein Baccha Hai". I still laugh when I remember that incident and now this!

(I wish I could put in more smilies)

I wonder if the "location" of the "no entry" sign has some special meaning to it
