What is there to arrange? We can just give them a call and book the private room, thats it. If your offering to check out the place and let us know, it would be much appreciated.

Just to ensure that we get that private room, we need to confirm latest by Wednesday. otherwise, we have to jam with rest of the junta in the hotel, which i am sure most of us would not prefer. What say?

Hmmm. Looks like a cool meet guys. I am sure all of you will enjoy a lot. Ensure though, you should have a driver or a non-drinking member to drive you back. If that looks difficult you MUST come by a cab. No driving please after you have had your drinks.

Well, lucky for me i am winding up early that day as my boss is in town and he has to catch a flight back to US that evening. Anyways, By the time, we negotiate through the traffic et all. It will be easily past 6pm.

* I do not get a scheduled or unscheduled meeting request with either my US clients or my local managers.
* My sister in law does not come back that evening from nagpur, in which case I will have to take her back to Dundigal (and of course will have the weekend plans for there in that case).
* There is someone available to pick me up from Tandoor after the meet.

In that order...

Of course if things work out expect me to drop in just as last time around.

guys, one thing....will tehre be enough place to park at tandoor? Lifestyle parking is really crowded on most weekends that I have seen.

In case there is not sufficient parking....What next? Can we park at an alternate location/building from where we can walk down/car pool?
