Very nice and thought of process. This avoids bad taste, The restaurant wont quibble at the end of the day, each one of us, including the organisers is free to leave or be absent.

Now imagine you are one of the organisers with a specific task on hand, you get a family emergency, now you know some crucial figures to be paid/money to be taken from whom, you go home or to attend to the emergency, the rest wont suffer. Business continuity. Also can be treated as plug and play.

The logic behind this activity is that why should the organisers rack their brains on who paid who did not, and who went AWOC.

Pay and enter. sweet & simple, a quote in gujarati is "man dukh na thaay"

Cheers to Bombay.

Cyrus, as discussed earlier I am lining up some really hot marriage candidates for you, should I invite them over to the meet ? In that case the "hot meet" quotient would go up to "ARE YOU MAD ?"

On the other hand, its a bar then only above 21 ! lol

Manish, both the scenarios have happened before & there are workarounds/back up plans in both cases ready! As you can see, we're a bunch of well prepared organisers!
