Everyone be ready to figure out the rattles on my car during this drive. flipperty thing is jarring from every nook and cranny after putting the new system and it aint even tuned and set at max gain!

Yash. be ready to figure out where all the damping patches need to be stuck.
your expertise is in great need.

Getsurya: sorry i didn't get in touch over the weekend. Will meet up at yatri nivas anyways.

Oho, we have a new ICEd NHC on this drive. Would love to check out your system.

But, i am surprised that you hear rattles as i thought NHC is pretty solidly built

No point calling for Yashraj, he has taken sanyas somewhere in Himalayas.

And, i read in the newspaper this morning that in Himayalas someone is conducting a ICE training program, maybe he went for that course

Ive got a minimum of 52 ears to listen to the unwanted jingle bells, i guess i wont have to worry who will spot the culprits.btw, is this a picnic type outing with food and all , or is it only the booze that gets permission to be in the boot ??

Agenda is to drive to Bidar, hang around for a coupla hours catching up on sights and then take a deep-dive into a hotel/dhaba that serves some of our poison and good grub.

I know for sure the time spent on pre-lunch would be a bit more than anything else. Also, we should plan in such a way that we head out from there by 4:30pm atleast

So essentially, no need to carry booze along as we can order from the place we have lunch.

Carrying booze to Bidar? LOL

Bidar was hood to serve liquor when AP had liquor prohibition. Better to be prepared with alternative drivers, that highway is not safe to drink, and drive. Keep breath analyzers in mind.

I used to be a regular to Bidar during prohibition heydays but, the only difference was that we bunch of friends use to travel for a few beers in crowded state transport buses.

Is it that bad? Breathe Analyzer on highways? I only thought they do that at BHEL crossroads.

But, whoever is with their better halfs need not worry as they dont stop cars with ladies in them ( that's been my experience many a times) so maybe now that gives a important reason to bring along your spouses

Guys,

I might have to regret much for missing this drive. My parents have planned to visit me on 16th itself :( and that too after a year. Hope to join you all on next drive.
