I too have my doubts on that one tejas. Frank mehta needs a hatchback to get the best out of his ICE. Frankie (Tibbs waala) why dont you buy the A Star.

pics coming up!
it was a fun meet. lots of people were missed because we did a lot of crazy stuff. most of us were blinded as Stratos went on clicking photos at every juncture, lol! we enjoyed every moment of the meet.
the excuse of the meet was actually the Crappy Zigwheels show that turned out to be a disappointment(despite our already low expectations) and the only beauties were those on the Toyota stall(not the cars, heh) and the Mitsubishi and Fiat stall(the cars, you naughty mind)!
Aditya and Mr Arpan were enamoured by the beautful Maruti Suzuki A-Star and have booked their own respective 'stars at the stall(NOT, but their faces in the photos suggest that they were really awestruck by the car)
Dippy was absolutely turned on by the Linea, and i'm sorry I have no photos to support the claim, as he was 'test driving' the cavernous trunk of the linea for Athos(aditya's doggie)
As far as the Xylo was concerned, Aditya was in love at first sight, and he has sworn to God that he is going to buy the Xylo(once it overcomes the Quality issues, that means, NEVER)
The pathetic quality of the plastics, and rubber of the Xylo are very bad examples and Mahindra has gone back to the Bolero days and is ACTUALLY competing with the Sumo Grande now(for the worst quality award)
The pics show dippy's hand pointing at the panel gaps, bad finish and pathetic quality of many things inside and outside the Xylo.
At one point we felt like asking if these were actually prototypes.
BAD!
As far as Arpan was considered, poor fellow couldn't enjoy the evening because his ride was standing at Worli seaface, and he was wondering about which police station he will have to report to, once they would reach worli and not see it ther. But alas, it was there! Everyone went home happy :-P
Sorry for the late pics, I was out for better part of the day!

We had stars of the show, and then we had stars of the show!
the biggest star of the show was OUTSIDE the premises of the show, and we have Aditya and Arpan posing proudly next to it :-P

Also, there was the most garish uggo of a car, the Mahindra Logan with Gibberish written on it, in an effort to pass it off as uber cool. I absolutely abhorred it, hence my photo with it. lol!

There is a set of alarming photos of arpan at one of the stalls, where we dont know who he is actually conversing with (and why!) lol! Arpan, for Petes sake please dont flag this post for those photos, its in good taste (cheers

arpan wanted to tune his ..ahem.. system.
besides that, he was also keen on buying computerized LED's that come on everytime a female walks past.

stupid camera angles
BTW this "computer tuning" stall was fun, they were explaining to me how they detuned sanjay dutt's F, how 2008 models of diesels are very difficult to tune, how pete's box is hardware hence it can fail, but their remaping is software so it cant fail and some other gyaan being dished out!!

Yo Frankie,

I think we would finish the 2nd foodie meet before you post pictures of the 1st one.

Come on man, post those pictures.
