Congratulations and welcome back.

Everytime I see your car, I think of popping in. Then restrain myself as I don't want to disturb your work.

Default KTYM _ Kumali _ Gavi

hi , how about Kottayam - Kumali & get into the forest route to Gavi. I have done this once & its an awesome route.

for all you those need some off-roading , there is options.

enjoy the nature, the climate & yes some boating too
deep in the forest (40kms inside) and if lucky, u may sight some elephants also

Ram, we did have a small drive on 1st of may, it had to be cut short because of technical issues. next few weekends for me are busy. hence the silence.

For the guys from Cochin and Thrissur, let me give a suggestion for a rather short drive. Try meeting at chalakudy and then take the route to athirampally water falls -> Vazhachal -> Lots of forest (roads and no road situations) -> Valparai. And Back. This will be an awesome drive. It is amazingly beautiful. Forests on both sides and amazing sceneries.Lots of tea estates en route. IIRC sholayar dam is in this route(at valparai ).

That is an amazing route to travel. But no mobile phone signals from Vazhachal to Malakkappara checkpost.

Ripper flew through it once and I did a sedate up and down on it seeing his trip details.

the coming sunday is difficult, as I'm on call sunday night. can do a short early morning drive from chalakudy upto vazhachal and come back. that , or the regular kulamavu and back route will also be good.
