T-BHP AUTO EXPO MEGA MEET - New Delhi 5th - 11th january 2010 - Team-BHP

I thought I will start this thread now exactly 2 months before the AUTO EXPO as this one should see a huge number of visitors and a lot of outstation one's too.

Date's are from 5th January ( Tuesday ) to 11th January ( Monday ).

We will add a poll later on to see what date we can hold this MEGA MEET.

This meet is the one held after the Expo ( Dinner and Party !! )

I am sure a lot of you members would be pairing up and meeting during the day as well so as to visit the Expo.

Please add your names and suggestions welcome for making this meet a HUGE SUCCESS.

Venue / Charges / Menu - for the Party & Dinner will be decided in December End / January First week after seeing the head count.

Panky - The Sooner the better. It takes so much of planning and redeciding.

Well I did my part by initating the thread. I hope we gather some excitement and approvals in the next coming weeks.

The meets bound to happen anyways - the only thing remaining to be seen is how many make it ( specially the outstation one's ! )

I am planning to come from bangalore, so if dates for the meet are decided well in advance I will be able to plan accordingly. Good that you started this thread.

I might be in Delhi on work during Auto Expo which means any evening meet would be the one which I could attend. Though currently it depends on a lot of factors which I cannot talk about now. Keeping fingers crossed

Suman Ji - 8th is fine. I have to pick up my associate from the Airport on 10th morning ( Sunday ) so I will be available on Friday and Saturday. Anything's fine.

We will add a poll later and decide which day suits best. Although I am sure most of them will say yes for Friday / Saturday as it's near the weekend.

Places Suggestions are welcome and this time since we expect a huge crowd we can have a better deal as well.
