What a cracker of a meat! Thanks to Bolero sir for alerting me about the Kashid meet. Thanks to HVK Sir for leading us to lesser known locations around Kashid. Again it was so nice to meet up once again with the known faces, and also with the new faces. We look forward to future such meets.
@Khoj - the food tastes better when you are around (LOP for example). Do alert me on the BTC meet.
@Issigonis - but the i-scream soda was lovely, after which together they all screamed "not really".

After reading and looking at pics, I am feeling more sad that I couldn't make it, my bad luck. I wanted to meet everyone and I missed the golden opportunity.

No its not a supernova, it was just MX6' ford crossing a tunnel!!

These roads greeted us when we remembered to exit at Khopoli from both E-way and our engrossing discussions!!


We treat our cars like our babies, so we feed them before we eat!!




With our cars tummies happy, we settle down for breakfast. MX6 being his usual self entertaining the group

Guys I am sad - I was not aware of this meet at all or else I would have surely made it. It would have been nice to meet all of you again after the Kaas flower show meet.

Damn - this tells me that I need to visit the meet sections more often.

Amazing photos from all you guys! Actually, this I cherish as a trip above all! No patronising here. I was thinking what made this drive meet more enjoyable than all previous ones. I could only come to one conclusion.

There was one person who wasn't there for the lavasa drive, who wasn't there for the mumbai pune mega meet at lonavala. Who wasn't there for any tapri meets.

The one and only HVK. Look at the difference he brings to any drive!

Three cheers to HVK. The way he stopped ahead, ensured all are around, piloted everyone was amazing.

I burst out laughing at one instance. We were behind Khanna's scorpio wondering why we all had stopped. My phone was ringing but signal wasn't clear so people couldn't hear me talk or I couldn't hear the caller talk. I was just looking at the scorpio and saying Anil, How does one know what's ahead of such a huge vehicle.
Anil says, "Haan yaar. It's too big. Seeing anything ahead of such vehicles is a pain. I get irritated behind buses and trucks also".

I can't see a thing ahead of scorpio and was wondering why we have stopped. After a 5 min wait, HVK calls me and says, "Where are you"?
"Parked right behind the convoy. Right behind the Scorp", was my reply.

He was stunned. They couldn't see my car behind the scorpio parked for 5 mins so HVK thought I'm lost elsewhere. Now he says, "Pull out".

When I pull out and he sees me there, they began to drive again.

Anil and I burst out laughing. Just like we couldn't see any of the 7 vehicles in front of the scorp, HVK couldn't see my ikon behind the scorp!

I am at office working wil go home and post duly EDITED photos late night, regards to all and again apollogy for the regd nos of our all friend cars displayed by me but got them deleated first thing in the morning. There is a humble request to dear HV KUMAR JI Please never ever miss any meets in future.

Arre Sir, we have missed you at all the meets post Kaas. Wondering where you have disappeared?
Please keep a check on all the Mumbai, Pune and Thane meet threads, on a regular basis. Something or the other usually comes up!

Veerji, BTC is an eatery called Bhagat Tarachand. Pure veg food, serves Chaas in BEER bottles. Originally established in Kalbadevi now has an outlet in Turbhe and a counter in the foodcourt at Inorbit mall, Vashi and a pseudo outlet in Sanpada. BTC also used to run the food mall on BOM Nasik highway near the BPCL COCO opposite LOP but I think they have given up on that now.

Parimal_g and myself have been planning to go there for some time together that is but somehow it never happens.The one time that we did manage to get there, BTC was closed for renovations. As you can see the situation is still developing.

Thank you hvkumar for coming to the meet and introducing me to Mohan, Manu and Nitin do convey my regards to them. Thanks also to Viraj_s85 for his tireless running around ensuring no one was lost. had parking and enough food, tea etc etc. and for your guidance regarding the ICE upgrade proposed for the Blue Streak. BolBolero, parimal_g and fifan great to meet all of you again. BolBolero, I hope that Aditya liked the Icecream soda this time around too

Finally a BIG Thank You to all of you for making my DEL BOM drive a memorable one for the second time running.

Hey, we missed your presence and your lovely photography sir, one advice if possible avoide weekends and if going on weekend, leave kashid before 4 PM or go to Alibagh have your dinner and leave as late as possible, ow this traffic will kill your time.

Hey guy, great meet as ususal , and am attending almost all weekend as well Anil, and fortunaly or unfortunatly my boss is aware of this.
It was great to meet our old Kass Gang and new members as well.

Khoj,Sir dont you think 15 days wait is too long for the BTC meet.

MX6: Lets meet in Pune for the Tapari meet, will let you know when am coming,Anil you can also try for the meet.
