The exact place I was going to suggest, but any CCD in Bhubaneswar will get crowded after about 5PM.

The CCD in front of Ram Mandir is also another spot worth considering.

Try out Appetite near Bani Vihar / Sahidnagar (near that shopping complex / Reliance showroom).

CCD, RamMandir always remains crowded.

the CCD near XIMB should have ample parking + food opportunities. ( was thinking of some place further, but i guess this is as good as it gets)

We meet on 4th as others have suggested. Is 7ish in the evening a good time?

Do bring your wheels(Moi battered indicab will be in attendance), Otherwise it would not a team bhp meet
