Mumbai-Pune megameet at Lonavala: 17th July 2010

Its yearly fair and the Mumbai-Pune megameet is overdue.

Last time it happened on 28th march 2009 and its almost 14 months.

Small meets may be happened in between but we need big one just like last one.

So, guys , pour the ideas.

Expected venue:

1] sunny-da dhaba [good location, best food]

2] tony-da-dhaba[ good location]

3] bubby-da-dhaba[]

4] new location if any.........

Date:
to be decided[ preferably on any saturday evening as majority is comfortable on that day].


Attendance:
last meet had attendance of @ 50 from mumbai-pune but this time, expect @75].

Time:
During last two meets, i observed that members come to meet very late which results in less interaction.
Normally, time declared is @ 7pm but i was the first man to reach the venue on time after driving 165 km.
This time, the meet time should be at 6 pm so that enthusiastic people will have interaction before dinner as there will be only action during dinner.:

Confirmation: Please confirm you presence in the list and do not post just that i am in.

Last time, sagar..the throttleking had organised venue part[ food and other] exceptionally well.
This time who will be the leader? any takers.

AP saab. When is the mega meet? I've drawn up my monsoon plans all the way till Sept. So if we can freeze a date quickly, I can rework my plans.

yes sir,
the pics are not from 2009 meet but from 2008 meet at bubby-da-dhaaba.
sadly, in 2009 megameet at sunny-da-dhaaba, there were no pics taken as no one brought the camera.

I remember someone taking photos of Aamir Khan in one of the mega meets. I missed that I as was driving back from Chennai. It happened on a sunday in January 2010.

here, we are talking about the mega meet where mumbai and pune guys meet in between i.e. at lonavala.
last such mega meet happened on 28th march 2009 where @ 50 bhpians were present.

we have to decide on tentative dates.
i will add poll for dates so that we will go with majority.

yes sir, you were present in the last meet and you had enjoyed it at most.

@ rehaan sir,
that thread is meant for mumbai's mega meet although pune guys are welcome in that meet.
we need a meet where guys from both cities drive to lonavala to have blast.
