Nice to know that the Chevy is back and running.Do look after well she shall serve you a long time.

If possible can you post the cost incurred on the parts and labor?

The total cost so far after breakdown has been around Rs30K and the garage bill was about Rs25K

The Pistons were found to be ok and did not seize hence the work done was only related to the valves. Rest was kind of regular service that I was already planning @ 60K kms and the car was already 57.5K kms when she went to Comma

Radiator cleaning was also done and I am told that there was good amount of accumulated dirt in it

Now that every oil, oil seals, packing and belt has been changed, I think it will serve me well for some time. Later on I now intend to sell it and change to another car...
