Even I felt really bad for him & such incidences don't help much to build confidence about the brand or the manufacturer. However now the problem has been resolved & he is now happy with his car.

How was it resolved? was the case of the imbalance of the tyre? the experiments with roling a single tyre?

It was resolved by replacing the faulty strut. You can go through the whole story if you browse through the earlier pages of this thread.

Good to see. However I remember reading that the Factory Suspension specialist mentioned that the Gurgaon Garage actually fitted a Vista Strut, and then they changed it again. Was the step taken by the Gurgaon mechanic right or not?
