That, Gordon, is a very tastefully done up SS80, quite similar to what i've done........blacked out door frames, clean paint, retention of original lines.............. I like it!!!

Im sure he/she is saving up for a nice set of rims and some sticky rubber, then it'll be a red beauty that'll turn heads by the dozen!!!

PS: The crappy seat covers must go!!!! I had them in my car too, they were stripped the very day i took posession of the car!!!!

PPS: @ esteem_lover : how on earth can you tell the color of the swift????

@E_L : The color of the Swift is not shown in the pic, its a B&W snap. Only the M800 CAR color is retained?? or may be its just a Photoshop job!!
Please Confirm!!

Hi Edmund,
That was a nice presentation of your car being restored. You did a great job following up each and every step, caring for minute details. Whoever had done the restoration job, did a great job. I always had a fascination for the 1st gen maruti800 since I saw it in my childhood days. I was elated to see this baby when the restoration finished.

The car is looking awsome. Great job Edmund .
