Default Finding a wrecked Baleno for my GV engine parts

Hi All,

I have a Suzuki Vitara, which has the same engine as Baleno, G16B, so I am looking forward to few items such as injector sets, fuel pressure regulator, TPS sensor, AC amp, etc.

So where can I find a wrecked Baleno with engine intact in Delhi. Any ideas, or any ideas on how I can source Baleno engine spares.

Last time I tried calling few auto part stores in Delhi, could not find the fuel pressure regulator.

Why don't you source the parts from a Maruti Genuine Parts(MGP) stockist, stating that you need the parts for a Baleno?

As far as the fuel pressure regulator goes, please check if the Esteem's regulator matches the one in the Baleno(just comparing the two would do).The fuel pressure at injectors in all G Series engines should be the same.

Same for the TPS sensor.

It would be really hard to find a wrecked Baleno.

Thanks Vigsom.

The problem with me is that I have only seen 1 Baleno in Nepal and only very few esteem in Nepal. Whenever I go to garages, I never have the chance to figure out if it matches.

Does somebody here have part list for Maruti Suzuki or mostly SGP. So that we can find out the exact part number.

The Maruti dealer in my town is poorly managed, they do not know what a fuel pressure regulator is.

The fuel pressure regulator has to support mpfi engine with MAF sensor. I am not sure which of the maruti cars have mpfi with MAF. For example FPreg of G16A is not interchangeable with G16B.

there was a list of maruti parts which I got from the forum - let me see if I can load that for you

MGP authorized stockist is in Mayapuri, New Delhi by the name of AUTO CZARS. They are located some 200m behind DD Motors workshop. Contact person is Rahul (Mob:9717499564) 11AM to 5PM.

look up shops in kashmere gate and mayapuri on justdial.com.
you could call and ask.
best part is, even if the guy you call doesnt have it, he will ask around and let you know 10-15 minutes later.
and their own network is much better than what you or i would manage roaming around.

I roamed both these areas for quite some time looking for stuff, and though i got zilch for my car, if you throw a stone, it'll hit a maruti part 9 out of 10.

although you may learn a new name for the part once you explain to them what you want.
occasionally, if both of you are absolutely confident of the part(say, if a part number is quoted) you can try and wangle a ship-out too at some additional cost.

Daju! sourcing parts in delhi is easy. Also try Kashmeere gate.

which part of Nepal? If you have access to siliguri, you can search there too.

Also both the dealers Beekay (oldest) and Sevoke motors are very good there. they can help you source the genuine parts.

I can source it here in Rajasthan and gujarat as my friend is a Service station owner. Also Ahmedabad kabadi is very famous but sending will be logistically weird.

Thanks @Justcause, @GTO, @Mayank @Sir Alec.

I am communicating with autoholic for wrecked Baleno parts as he as a spare Baleno engine. We are trying to figure out if we can salvage some stuffs from it.

I am posting engine pics from other forum. It will help to know where the TPS and FPR in a G16B engine.

Alec Daju, Silguri is far from my town. Nearest would be Gorakhpur.
