Default R-134a Canisters? Self-service kit for AC

I was wondering if I could get R143a canisters? I have used this in the US on my cars which are just a little low on refrigerant.

(This comes with a recharge hose, trigger handle and pressure gauge connect it to the low pressure port and easy/safe to use).

Any idea of these are available in Chennai?

Here is one for an example.

I always buy my hard-to-find items on Ebay. Delivery in less than 2 weeks for <2,000 rupees (all inclusive)
