Default Esteem tyre touching the mud flap

Hi,
I have a 2004 Esteem. I have been using 185/60/14 tires for my esteem, and was running really well, until recently. Off late, when i do sharp turns, or when there is a bumpy road, the tyre touches the inner body or the mud flaps. This happens only in the front. I have had these profile tires since 3-4 yrs, but i am facing this issue from over 6 months now.
I do wheel balancing and alignment every 4000 - 5000kms regularly. I even changed my lower arm as well, but of no use.

Time to get the suspension checked, the parts are aging especially the springs and might be sagging while compared to when you put the wider tyres? Do rule out a displaced wheel well trim or mud flaps first.

Check the following and replace as necessary:
1. Check to see if the wheel arch core and mudflaps are fitted & aligned properly;
2. Replace the rubber kit of the front struts;
3. Change front coil springs if they appear to be more shortened than new original springs in an uncompressed state - or you might want to try out these (Coil Spring Adjusters : VFM Fix for the Honda Civic's (lousy) soft rear suspension?).

In addition to all these , also check the stabiliser bar rubber bushes . They last around 15 K kms .
